We need help with the set-up and clean-up of our festival. Set-up will take place on Thursday August 1, 2024 at 3pm and includes placing tables, chairs and picnic tables in their designated area(s), setting up large outdoor tents and pop-up tents, organize dining utensils and plates, placing large fish fryers to their designated area, laying down cardboard. Clean-up will take place on Sunday August 4, 2024 (time is TBD) and includes removing fish fryers from their designated area and placing on a trailer, taking down large outdoor tents, placing tables, chairs and picnic tables back to their permanent area(s).
