The CAN Council’s 5th Annual Hometown Heroes Hockey Night with the Saginaw Spirit is returning to the Dow Event Center.
Families from all around the region will come dressed as their favorite heroes ready to cheer on the Saginaw Spirit!
For this event, we need volunteers to make it possible! The different volunteer opportunities we have to include:
- 50/50 Ticket Sales
- Arrive by 5:15 PM and will continue selling until the start of the 3rd period.
- Sellers must wear a 50/50 shirt that will be provided.
- 50/50 ticket sellers will be able to work in pairs.
- Have fun with it!
- Get the crowd excited to be donating to the CAN Council!
- Will need to do a lot of walking around the arena.
- Pass the CAN
- Arriving by 6:30-6:45 PM
- Report to Guest Services at the start of the game (7:05 PM) to get a can, get assigned sections, and get ready to pass the can.
- Have fun with it!
- Get the crowd excited to be donating to the CAN Council!
- This is a quick activity that requires stair climbing.
- This will happen during the 1st period, and then volunteers will be able to enjoy the rest of the game.
- We need around 27 volunteers for this role.
