Ford Field Community Vaccine Clinic Volunteer Ambassador Responsibilities
- Complete credentialing process. (see instructions below)
- Greet individuals who have requested wheelchair assistance
- Escort individuals through the multi-step process of receiving their vaccination
Volunteer Vaccinations - Inform the On-Site Coordinator if you are interested in receiving a vaccine. Volunteers scheduling for second shift should indicate "2nd shot" in comments section when clicking BLUE RESPONSE button.
VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP STEPS
Step One - Complete Qualifications and Credentialing Process
Click on the blue RESPOND button below to access the items listed. (typically takes 15-20 minutes) Once you have completed this process, you will be able to schedule your volunteer shifts.
- Training Link - Read through the Training slide deck. It will allow you to arrive with a clear understanding of your service and responsibilities. This process is required to meet HIPAA guidelines.
- Assessment - Complete the listed questions to ensure you understand key information.
- Confidentiality - Hold Harmless Agreement - Read through and sign the document to demonstrate you are willing to maintain confidentiality and then click on "Submit Qualifications
Step Two – Create Your Volunteer Schedule
- Return to the Ford Field Vaccination Clinic Volunteer Opportunity (this page) and select your schedule.
- If you are not able to volunteer for a shift after you select it, return to this site and unregister by clicking "manage need responses". An email will be automatically sent to the one-site volunteer coordinator.
Step Three - Volunteer
- You will receive an email with a confirmation of your shift registration.
