Senior Services in Midland County is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults by providing a range of services that promote independence, well-being, and community connection. Serving residents throughout the county, the organization focuses on supporting seniors with resources, assistance, and activities that help them remain active, engaged, and in control of their lives. Whether through meals, transportation, or social programs, Senior Services in Midland County strives to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of seniors, ensuring they have access to the services they need to thrive in their later years.
What We Do
Services provided by Senior Services in Midland County include:
- Meals on Wheels and congregate meal programs to ensure seniors have access to nutritious food.
- Transportation services for medical appointments, grocery shopping and errands.
- Social and recreational programs, including fitness and education classes, and activity and dining centers.
- Caregiver education, support and respite services.
- Home care assistance to support daily living tasks and respite to the care partner.
- Information and referral services to connect older adults with community resources.
- Advocacy for aging issues and access to services.
