Compassus Hospice has a mission to advance well-being and honor quality of life. Our vision is to transform lives as the most valued partner for person-centered care delivered where people live. Compassus was founded in 2006, and provides care to patients across 30 states.

Compassus Hospice volunteers offer compassionate companionship and emotional support to individuals nearing the end of their lives. Volunteers may also assist with practical tasks, creating a comforting atmosphere for both patients and their families. We offer different types of volunteer teams including Pet Therapy, Veteran-to Veteran volunteers, Administrative Office Volunteers, Patient Phone Call Volunteers, Massage Therapy Volunteers, Hairstylist Volunteers, Family Bereavement Volunteers, and Angel Volunteers, who offer companionship to patients in the last days of life.
