Mission: To be a resource and advocacy organization promoting public awareness and supporting lifelong opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome.
The Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan (DSAWM) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with Down syndrome and their families by providing support, resources, and advocacy. Based in West Michigan, DSAWM focuses on empowering individuals with Down syndrome to lead fulfilling lives through a variety of educational, social, and health-focused programs. The organization also works to raise awareness and promote inclusion within the broader community. Through its dedicated efforts, DSAWM helps families navigate challenges and celebrate the unique abilities and potential of individuals with Down syndrome.
What We Do
Services and programming of the Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan include:
