Mission: To increase awareness of intimate-partner and sexual violence and its effect on the community, to empower those victimized by providing advocacy and safe and effective services, and to work for social change through education and community collaboration.
Blue Water Safe Horizons is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Port Huron, Michigan. As St. Clair County’s only comprehensive program for victims of domestic violence. BWSH offers shelter and support services for survivors of domestic violence and elder abuse.
