Who We Are
Mission: To enhance well-being, strengthen families, and give individuals tools for success using proven strategies in literacy, youth development, and substance use prevention.
The Legacy Center for Community Success (TLC) was established in 2004 by Dr. Richard Dolinski to identify outside-the-classroom barriers to education and collaborate with other organizations to provide interventions that allow all children, youth and families to flourish and thrive.
What We Do
The Legacy Center for Community Success believes everyone deserves a chance to succeed. Our programs help learners develop specific skills and build individual confidence. We foster a love of learning and community relationships based on grit, enthusiasm, and perseverance. We offer one-on-one tutoring in math, reading, English as a Second Language, and Adult Basic Education skills.
