Otsego County Food Pantry

Mission: To feed people and provide emergency food assistance to people in need who live or work in Otsego County.​

The Otsego County Food Pantry started over 25 years ago in a church basement in response to community need and committed to being a completely volunteer-run effort. From these modest beginnings, the pantry has expanded dramatically and now feeds thousands of families annually providing services Monday through Friday.

Many persons in our community face a constant struggle to provide food for their families. Others occasionally need help when faced with unexpected expenses, illness or loss of income. People sometimes have to make decisions between food, heat and medications. For countless reasons, we feed people. Private donations of food and funding from individuals, churches and organizations, Grants, donations and the Otsego Community Foundation.
