Concentric Educational Solutions is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming education through tailored services that support students, schools, and communities. With a focus on innovation and equity, Concentric works to create positive educational outcomes by offering strategic solutions and support to address academic challenges. The organization collaborates with educators and community stakeholders to foster environments where students can thrive and succeed both academically and personally.

The Concentric Educational Solutions (CES) Student Support Framework addresses the community/family engagement needs through home visits, the social/emotional development needs through mentoring, and the academic need through tutoring. This framework is a culmination of more than 20 years of service to students and their families, in support of achievement. The CES Student Support Framework is inclusive of mentoring, tutoring, and home visits – rooted in the notion that students are multidimensional and complex. Our concept of education is that intellectual, social, and emotional learning are intertwined to meet and sustain high intellectual expectations in our schools.
