Pass It On Community Center

Mission: To help youth to come to create, develop, and become community cultivators.

Pass It On Community Center is a nonprofit organization that serves as a hub for community empowerment and support. Based in Michigan, the center provides resources, programs, and services aimed at improving the lives of individuals and families, particularly those facing economic challenges. Through a combination of educational, social, and financial support, Pass It On fosters a sense of community and helps people achieve greater self-sufficiency and well-being.

Services we provide:
