Mission: To provide leadership, services, and support to enhance the quality of life for individuals and families in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula by addressing their needs, promoting self-sufficiency, and encouraging regional development through collaborative efforts.

Upper Peninsula Commission for Area Progress is a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The organization focuses on promoting social, economic, and community development by providing services that address the needs of vulnerable populations, such as seniors, low-income families, and individuals with disabilities.
