Heart to Heart Hospice of Southgate coordinates 6 monthly Vet to Vet Cafe's in our service area. We are looking for several veterans to come share their stories, be companions, talk about benefits, talk about up and coming trends, and be a support to our aging veterans. We meet at local senior living and assisted living communities in Brownstown, Belleville, Carleton, Dearborn, Riverview, and Monroe once a month for an hour. We look forward to having you join us!
