CorsoCare Hospice is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care to patients and support to their families. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals facing life-limiting illnesses by offering comprehensive hospice services tailored to each patient’s needs.
What We Do
Services and Programs of CorsoCare include:
- Hospice Care: CorsoCare offers hospice services, including pain management, emotional and spiritual support, and end-of-life planning, with personalized care plans to improve patients’ quality of life.
- Volunteer Programs: Volunteers provide vigil support through the ‘No One Dies Alone’ (NODA) program, emotional support to veterans through ‘We Honor Veterans,’ and comfort via a pet companionship program.
- Community Outreach: CorsoCare educates the community about hospice care, offering resources to help families make informed end-of-life decisions.
