Who We Are

Mission: To empower survivors of both sexual and intimate partner violence by providing advocacy, support, and promoting social change within our community.

We are here to support survivors of Sexual Assault, survivors of Intimate Partner Violence, Dating Violence and Stalking and their families, friends, and our community. We are building communities free of domestic violence and sexual assault. All our services are free, confidential, and available to survivors who live, work or were victimized in Washtenaw County.

What We Do

SafeHouse Center provides free and confidential services to survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault. All staff and volunteers at SafeHouse Center are trained to provide trauma-informed support, safety-planning, and resources to support survivors in their goals and healing process. Our services are available to survivors ages 14+ and up of all identities, including race, gender, country of origin, sexual orientation, disability and language. Language interpretation is available for all of our services.
