Mission: To express God’s love by reaching out to the hurting and homeless of the Great Lakes Bay Region by providing shelter and care, proclaiming the Gospel of Christ, and establishing Christian disciples among disadvantaged people.
The Rescue Mission of Mid-Michigan is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hope, help, and healing to individuals facing homelessness, addiction, and poverty. Through a compassionate approach, the Rescue Mission seeks to empower individuals to overcome life’s challenges and regain their independence by offering a wide range of services aimed at restoring dignity and stability.
What We Do
The Rescue Mission of Mid-Michigan provides emergency shelter, meals, and clothing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. They offer recovery programs, including counseling and life skills training, to help those struggling with addiction. The organization also provides job training, housing placement assistance, and educational programs to support self-sufficiency. Through partnerships with local agencies, the Rescue Mission ensures access to comprehensive services for long-term stability and transformation.
