Gary Burnstein Community Health Clinic

Mission: To provide free, high-quality medical, dental, and pharmaceutical care for low-income and uninsured patients.

The Gary Burnstein Clinic patients are adults, the majority over the age of 45, who are uninsured or underinsured and do not qualify for Medicaid. They are all living with income at or below 250% of the federal poverty line. Many have struggled with poverty and poor access to healthcare most of their lives, and others have lost their jobs and their insurance before reaching retirement age. We serve Michigan residents age 18 and older, with most of our patients coming from the Pontiac area. In addition, our goal is to ensure that treatment is provided in a caring, compassionate and dignified atmosphere.

Gary Burnstein Community Health Clinic is a free health clinic located in Pontiac, MI. We offer medical and dental care for uninsured individuals.
