Who We Are
Mission: To enhance access to kidney transplantation for patients living in Northern Michigan.
Kidney Companions is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with kidney disease and their families. By offering guidance, education, and companionship, the organization helps patients navigate the challenges of managing kidney disease and treatment, such as dialysis and transplants. Kidney Companions aims to reduce the isolation and stress often experienced by patients, fostering a sense of community and providing resources to improve their quality of life.
